Return and Refund Policy for Intercompany Training

• InnovEmployment reserves the right to cancel the training session, with a minimum notice of three business days prior to its commencement, if the minimum number of participants is not met or for any other justified reason.
• The cancellation of the training session is communicated to all registered participants via phone contact and e-mail.
• Cancellations of registrations are accepted up to seven days before the scheduled date of the training session. Cancellations made after this period will result in a retention of 20% of the registration fee, corresponding to administrative charges.
• Notification of withdrawal by participants after the commencement of the training session does not obligate InnovEmployment to refund the paid amounts.
