The situation becomes more complex when an employee intends to work in another country, either permanently or temporarily.

Description

  • All HR Professionals and People Managers

Provide participants with knowledge of the key points to consider when an employee intends to work abroad, as well as the legal considerations that employers must take into account under Portuguese law.

At the end of the training session, participants will be able to:

  • Handle and manage requests from employees who wish to work abroad
  • Understand whether an employee’s work abroad is commercially viable, including recommended updates to contracts and policies
