Filipa Lopes Galvão
Trainer – Associate Coordinator at DCM | Littler (Portugal). Holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon. Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Legal Practice from IE Law School, Instituto de Empresa, Madrid. Completed an Advanced Data Protection Course: General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), EU Directives, and National Legislation at the Institute of Legal and Political Sciences, Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon. Also completed a Data Protection Course at the same institute.
Tiago Sequeira Mousinho
Law graduate from the Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon. Holds a Master’s degree in Law and Legal Science, specializing in Labor Law, from the Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon. Lawyer at DCM | Littler. Researcher at Legal Place. Full Associate Member of APODIT – Portuguese Association of Labor Law. Author of several articles in the fields of Labor Law and Intellectual Property Law in Portugal, Spain, and Switzerland. Provides professional training for companies in Labor Law, Organizational Compliance, Data Protection, and Protection of Commercially Sensitive Information. Guest speaker at various conferences on Labor Law, Sports Law, Compliance, and Whistleblowing in Portugal and Brazil.
